        Fat To Fit Part2Let us see how we can fight against this disastrous enemy called Obesity.Its said that where there is will there is always a way.So now each one of us has to find our own way to get fit from fat and obese.And mind it no one can do it for you it’s only you who can help yourself.


So the first thing to be learned is to focus on eating healthy nutritious food 🥘 at proper time.Ayurveda has Always propagated 2 meals a day.So why not stick to strategy of Ayurveda where in eat only just 2 main meals in a day at proper times.


Say if you have your lunch in the mornin or afternoon the time slots mend for you would be in between 8 Am to 1 Pm.Select which ever slot is preferable for you.Now with regards to dinner Ayurveda says we should have our dinner before sunset.But I understand it’s difficult to do so in today’s era.So you can surely keep your dinner timings in between 6Pm to 8Pm.


What do you understand in this?the concept intermittent fasting which has become so popular these days was advised by Ayurveda so many thousands years back isn’t it! If am healthy person feels hungry in between these two meals or as per texts of Ayurveda no one should eat anything in first 3 hours of your meal and Ayurveda also says that a healthy person should not starve for more than 6 hrs after his first meal.So that means a person who is perfectly healthy can have a small supper in between his two meals just to suffice his hunger.And in that supper you are not allowed to eat the items which are consumed as food but you can surely eat fruits,Nuts,Dry fruits,buttermilk etc in that time.You choose your one item which you would like to eat at that time and have it.


But above concept is for people who are physiologically healthy and physically fit.But Obese people don’t fit in definition of healthy people so it’s not for them.So obese people can drink buttermilk in between their meals only if they are hungry or else they should keep hydrating their bodies with plain water.

Friends health is the biggest asset of our life in today’s era.

Ayurveda has realised its importance more than 5000 years back and has mentioned gimmicks of being healthy and fit by administering the simplest concepts of Ayurveda in our day to day life.May be the Acharya’s has that sixth sense due to which they could sense that in Kaliyuga whole world will be struggling with health issues due to improper diet and lifestyle.And what different scenario do you see in these days.People are conscious about their jobs,time,wealth etc but they take their healths just for granted.

Our body is our biggest asset which is gifted to us by god.And we are bound to take care of it.Don’t  just neglect your precious bodies by testing its limits.Which is done by many people.They dump their bodies with loads of junk food in similiar manner as we dump the dustbins in our house with junk isn’t it true my friends.Don’t try to drag the limits of your body by denying its right to rest by doing late night parties,or by being over workaholic etc.

Where will all this torture lead to it will surely lead to nothing other than obesity.These days whole world is struggling with the problem of malnourishment with regards to over nutrition rather than under nutrition as world has become so small that so many varieties of junk and fast foods are available all over.And now restaurants are at tip of your fingers on your cell phones.Just open app select menu and it will reach your doorstep in few minutes.

It’s high time now to think about obesity as a disease and not just body status.Obesity alone can be important cause of many health issues like high blood pressure,cardiac problems,high lipids,diabetes,hormonal imbalance in body and associated problems like PCOD,Infertility,Sterility etc,many skin problems,arthritic problems,weak muscles.It is also a major cause of king of diseases called CANCER.

So it’s high time for all of us to get awakened by the need of the hour that is abolish Obesity from the world.
